I got the Ava bracelet in August of 2020 after a couple months trying to conceive. My cycles were short and I wasn’t sure when I was ovulating. I started using the Ava along with ovulation sticks. Ava was right on every cycle. This cycle I noticed towards the end my heart rate was increasing rather than decreasing with previous cycles. I took a test and two pink lines!! I would highly recommend this. The only complaint I have is it often says there was an error and my data didn’t transmit. If I close the app and reopen it the data will be there.

Grundsätzlich gutes und einfach zu bedienende App. Leider ist die akkuladedauer sehr kurz... bei längerem schlafintervall kann erst nach erneutem Aufladen synchronisiert werden.

Ava has really helped me track my cycle. I would like it though if when you change to "pregnant" that it still showed the calendar. It has been very helpful. Thank you Ava!

Overall I really enjoy the Ava bracelet. The information given is very useful. I just got my BFP after 8 months of using Ava! The only issues I don’t like is sometimes the bracelet won’t sync after wearing it all night and it had been charged. I’ve missed a few days each cycle due to this issue.

I really like how the Ava bracelet tracks various vitals. It was never spot on for my actual ovulation dates, I think they should start adding the LH surge into the calculation. I used the Ava bracelet and app in conjunction with the Clear Blue digital OPK which calculates ovulation based on LH rise and estrogen, and they were often closely aligned but never perfectly aligned, even accounting for the 12-36 hour window that the LH monitor provides. For example, Ava would often predict ovulation 4-5 days after the LH surge rather than 1-3 days after. Ava's later predictions of my ovulation was perhaps because my luteal phase is usually one or two days longer than the boiler plate. The sleep tracker was almost always incorrect as well, but perhaps this is because I recently discovered I have tachycardia, so I can imagine that might throw the sleep tracker off if my heart rate increased when I was sleeping, I'm not sure how it works. I also enjoyed the article, but found that they contained some claims that were different from my own experience - such as debunking implantation cramps and spotting. The bracelet articles also led me to think that if my temperature dropped, it meant a new cycle was starting, yet on a cycle when my temperature was dropping, I turned out to be pregnant. I will add that I had stage IV endometriosis excised in June, and did fertility treatments for some of these cycles. I did not get pregnant within a year of purchasing Ava as guaranteed, but I do like using the device to track vitals and will continue to use it while pregnant.

Ava was a great way to track my temperatures to learn when I was ovulating. However, it was easy to get obsessed with every temperature. I have pretty regular cycles come to find out but I would get in a tizzy about the perfect day to time sex. My RE recommended I stop using Ava now that I knew approximately when I was ovulating and just have sex enough or track with OPKs. So bottom line, I loved Ava for tracking my temps, but don’t let it stress you out cause that can make a huge difference. I also love the online community and all the articles and tools Ava provided
