Some months the prediction of ovulation was off by 2-3 days in comparison to urine tests.

After nearly 3 years of trying for my first baby, and being told that I wouldn't conceive due to severe endometriosis, I got pregnant after using Ava for 4 cycles! However this time round, trying for baby number 2, the ovulation day it gives me doesn't seem to add up with my ewcm and ovulation pain. I think I ovulate around day 13 whereas Ava says day 17 which is quite a big difference. Only time will tell though, Ava gave me my miracle baby and for that I'm grateful and was the best £250 I've ever spent!

I have been using Ava for 15 months, with the purpose of getting pregnant, and I have found the measurements to be very accurate, I have several times measured Ava's ovulation prediction versus the 4 day Clear Blue test and found the two predictions line up exactly, or within 1 day. Also very accurate for period prediction once it was trained to my cycles. During this time I have been pregnant twice, the first resulting in miscarriage and now I am pregnant again. Overall i think this is a great product, and I recommend to friends for cycle and fertility tracking. Here are a few points that I would recommend for improvement: -i really dont believe that the device records sleep time very accurately, and seems to take into acct the time i am reading in bed or laying quietly before falling asleep as sleep -the transition between modes of being pregnant and non-pregnant was not smooth, Ava created several cycles with only a few days in them, and I lost data from the month before my first pregnancy -The fact that the y-axis scale resets itself each month drives me nuts, visually very difficult to compare between months, I would love it if the scale remined constant -short battery life, on camping trips or other travel when I cant plug in regularly, difficult to use consistently

Ava made it so much easier to understand the cycles of my body and predict when I was most fertile. After trying to get pregnant for a year and half, I’m happy to report that we are expecting after just a few months of using Ava. Ava is super helpful if you’re like me and appreciate more info and less guess work when it comes to ovulation. I’m excited to have just realized that the app also provides developmental info for each week of pregnancy. You’re awesome Ava, thank you!

Ava helped me track my cycle and know when to expect my period. I’ve used it for a year while trying to conceive. I do wish that you could edit your cycle to match with your fertility treatments. For example, you should be able to mark if you’ve used a trigger shot to start ovulation. My cycle was always off because I was on fertility medication but Ava doesn’t recognize it. Needs more development for those working with fertility doctors.

I really do love this bracelet and the app! The only thing that is really unfortunate is that a replacement band isn’t available for the newer model and the little band that keeps the extra tail of the larger band broke very easily.

Positiv: to make sure that it works correctly I bought the Ovulation Test and interestingly enough the results always matched, even when it shifted my ovulation a day on the day of ovulation. Negative: once I should have ovulation according to Ava and I checked it with ovulation Test as well, but when the doctor checked, there was no ovulation in that cycle!! The same happened a second time When blood test showed an ovulation in 12th and Ava was continually showing 14th and even later found the biphasic pattern and assured that it was 14th but according to blood test, which is more accurate, it was definitely done till 12th. So I started to doubt about it’s accuracy. It also guaranties the pregnancy within a year but it took me a year and a half to get pregnant.
