Recorded 50% and refuses to refund
I bought Ava 2.0 January 3, 2022. I wore it faithfully every night and made sure it vibrates 3 times (to indicate it is recording) each night, and that the green LED light was on at multiple times through each night. Ava would vibrate randomly through the night, waking me each time and in the morning when I would try to sync the data Ava told me it was recording, the app gave me an error message stating that Ava needed to be worn for 4 or more consecutive hours in order to record sufficient data. I wore it for 11-12 hours each night. When I reached out to the support team, it took nearly 3 days to hear back from them and all they could tell me was to try resetting the bracelet higher up on my wrist and that my “recorded” body temperature was too low and to try wearing a long sleeve shirt at night. Now, Ava did record data that I was able to sync, my profile says I am 40% compliant, even though I wore Ava faithfully every night. Ava only recorded 27/54 nights. You can find this information on your profile in the app. When I reached out for the 3rd or 4th time to support, requesting a refund, even offering to send Ava back in return, I was told that they would only accept Ava back for a refund if the box was unopened. $379 and a junk bracelet. Thanks for nothing Ava Women
