I initially decided to work with Joshua because he is a fellow veteran and I didn't think that he would steer me wrong and I was right! I highly recommend working with Joshua, he is truly a professional! I struggled with my resume and interviews and he helped me tailor my resume, land jobs, and he is even working with me towards my PMP. He goes above and beyond helping me out, showing that I am not just a client he helps but genuinely cares about my success and me as a whole.

Joshua was incredibly helpful in pinpointing the areas of my resume that needed improvement. His feedback was clear, actionable, and made a big difference in how I present my experience. I truly appreciated his guidance and would definitely recommend him and his services to anyone looking to enhance their resume or job application materials.

I had booked a free 1-hour resume review with Joshua, but he ended up spending over 2.5 hours with me. He never rushed, never watched the clock, just stayed fully present and focused on helping me. Instead of just fixing the usual resume issues, Joshua helped me understand the mindset behind what hiring managers actually look for. He showed me where I was using cliché language and helped me rework key sections to reflect my strengths more authentically and strategically. What stood out most was how genuinely he cared about helping me succeed. I left the session not just with a better clarity on resume tailoring, but with real mindset shift and confidence. I truly believe this is going to make a big difference in getting more interviews and avoiding those silent rejections.

For months I have been struggling with rejections, trying to update my resume according to advice I found online, but I was never happy with how my resume turned out, then I met Joshua. Joshua not only helped me rework my resume into something I actually like sending to companies, but he walked me step by step on how to express my value for a project management role. He changed my mindset and approach and even after the "30 minutes" clarity call (which lasted hour and 30 minutes) that Joshua offers he is still available and happy to answer any questions that might arise. 100/10 would recommend.

After over a decade in assistant roles, I was struggling to transition into project management. My resume wasn’t getting any traction, and I wasn’t sure how to market my experience. Joshua at Avalon Grade Solutions helped me reshape my resume with honesty, warmth, and insight. He showed me how to highlight both my professional and military background in ways that spoke to today’s job market. He also encouraged me to pursue my CAPM, which gave me the confidence and credentials I needed. Within four months, I landed a project coordinator role which was exactly the kind of official start I was hoping for. Joshua’s guidance made all the difference, and I highly recommend Avalon Grade Solutions to anyone in career transition.
