Many talented people are working here at first, but they are now slowly leaving because they feel that they are just being wasted here. The fast-paced, exhausting work atmosphere easily burns out a lot of employees. This toxic work environment does not even give these people a chance to showcase their skills and talents, it prevents them from being able to grow and realize their full potential.
