SCAM & FRAUD This is fraud and an unlawful act. They sell products that are completely different in quality and workmanship from those that show their website and on Facebook & Instagram and all social media. When I asekd for immediate refund for both orders and send information regarding the return of both products that are not in accordance with the order & I am not satisfied with, because they are not in accordance with the ones I ordered I get few emails with propose 10,15 or 18 USD - just to keep those sh.. Order No. CU00114197 / Placed on Dec 26,2024 Order No. CU00114193 / Placed on Dec 26,2024 Every time I was asnwering that I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANY OTHER SOLUTION. Of course cost of shipping back to CHINA - becuse it's a CHINA SCAN company with no registry, is very high, so they are just prey on your wallet hoping that you won't want to return the product due to the high cost. One big scam.

I ordered a sweatshirt and a T-shirt on October 20 and they did not arrive until January 14, when I expected it to arrive because it was written that it would arrive within 3-4 weeks. The sweatshirt is not the same as in the photo. I ordered it in gray and it came in white and it was all dirty. The material from which it is made is not suitable for anything, and after the first wash there are problems with it. The T-shirt looks as if someone simply sewed two rags together and made room for the head. I do not recommend I do not recommend it again I do not recommend it.

Even though they say the packages do not go through customs, my package got stuck there and the money I had to pay to get it was too much. I tried to claim a refund, but after several back and forth emails saying the refund was on its way, finally I got a message saying that the refund period was overdue, and that no refund was going to be issued. They are a SCAM.

I ordered from this company in July, item arrived in August. However, emails started arriving from them for irrelevant products - EVERY DAY - and I never asked to be added to a mailing list. At the bottom of each mail there is an unsubscribe link - it has no effect. There is a contact email each time - for support They NEVER respond. So if you had a product issue you would NOT get any support. Do NOT buy from this company, and importantly ....DO NOT LET THEM GET YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

On the advert, for this so called company, I saw a Cashmere style sweatshirt in Royal Blue with suede patches, it looked very nice so I ordered it. Cost £38.40. When the item finally arrived it definitely wasn't Royal Blue, it was out off shape and the sewing looked as if had been done by a 2 year old. My wife and I were really not sure what the item was made of, NOT Cashmere style!!! I sent an email to complain and the reply asked for photo's so I sent them back straight away. The reply was then that Autmnook offered me 3 USD and I keep the item. I replied that the only place for the item was in the bin!!! I required a full refund of £38.40. It has ended up as an offer of 22 USD and I keep the item or I return it back to China, at my cost, for a full refund. How come the item has a label in it with "made in the UK" on it??? I've asked Autumnook to give me an explanation for this but there has been no reply. NOT "very honourable people" to do business with, STAY CLEAR!!!

I agree with the other reviews about the quality of the items you receive which are from China. But I would like to add about their customer service which is horrible. I have been "unsubscribing" from their emails for months and no success so far. Multiple emails to support at Autumn Nook give no end of the emails but them emailing back to say they are there for you with your pending purchase. COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY.

This company is a joke. The material and products are extremely cheaply manufactured and they will ship from China. The pictures are seriously photoshopped to look great, but product sucks!!! In fact when you ask for a refund they will consistantly try to give you 10% of what you paid back. If you push for the return they will accept if you pay for shipping back to China. This company is a joke!!!!!
