Bought a Sweatshirt... In Transit Apparently for several days from China .. was directed to site that wanted to charge me for tracking my package. Very suspicious ... I sent company an email - no response yet

It clearly states the bag was leather. Upon receiving the bag it wasn't leather at all it was plastic. I have written to customer service asking to return the item for a refund. It states free returns. Then they told me i had to pay to return the item and the bank would also take 10% of my order At first they offered me 4usd. I paid $45.12.. The final offer was $23. I want a full refund i don't want the bag. I still haven't had a refund or heard from them. Avoid this company at all costs. The bag stinks of fish and clearly NOT leather

YES. MY BAGS ARE MADE SO CHEAP THAT ITS NOT EVEN ONE MONTH AND THERE FALLING APART. I WISH I HAD DO MY RESEARCH AND LOOKED FOR THE REVIEWS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Please do not buy from this company as it is not real genuine leather handbags your getting. I was looking forward to receiving my items but turned out very disappointed. The bags are meant to be coming from Amercia, its not its from China Avoid this Company. Avoid, Avoid. When I complained offered me a 5$ refund after stating it would cost me to much to return their poor quality goods. After taking a case out against them with PayPal I have received a full refund. PLEASE,PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY🥺

Absolute lie, I bought bags that supposedly is high quality leather and came such a cheap piece of s**t is sad to look at.....do not buy is real cheap crap from China

I purchased high powered water guns from autumnook $96 for 2 guns and when they were sent they were both broken and defective. This was back in July. I tried to return them and they first sent me a message that I was getting $4 dollars as a return. After back and forth emails where they were low balling my return I finally got them to 75 bucks. Basically sick of dealing with I took the 75 dollar return in which I haven’t recieved. I do however still have the garbage dollar store guns in which I spent $100 for. Autumnook are a bunch of crooks. Shop elsewhere
