DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Their return/refund policy is 14 days after you order. I ordered Christmas ornaments on 12/13/23 and didn't receive them until 1/16/24, and they were completely wrong. They won't refund my order because it's past their 14-day policy. The ornaments did not even enter the United States until 34 days after I ordered them. Another BS Chinese company that doesn't give a F about a single customer.

This company took a month to send me the wrong product, then refused to send the correct product, or give me a refund. I would avoid this company.

Dreadful company to deal with. Bought Christmas presents. Didn’t receive any of them. Keep getting fobbed off with their highly annoying automated system 6 weeks after the order. DO NOT USE!

I paid for 3 x 4 packs of shower items and only received 3 items not 12. Sent them photos of what I got, showed them the package it come in with the weights of kg on the parcel to show that I didnt get all the items and still they have advised me that their "warehouse" hasnt made an error ! Very disappointed as it took ages for them to arrive in the first place. Will not shop with these people again!

I tried to cancel within 15 minutes of ordering and they told me it had already been shipped. Then it didn't arrive for 31 days. It was supposed to be here for Christmas and I ordered it on December 3rd. Horrible experience and awful customer service. I demanded my money back but doubt I will ever see it.

I was overcharged for the order - no access to customer service. Order apparently was shipped from overseas but when I received the package, the return label is an individual in the US. Item is also smaller than expected. Non-existent customer service and I tried to cancel this within minutes of placing the order.
