I ordered Eptchn Universal Silicone Car Door Cover Protectors for two cars. One was the wrong model – it doesn't fit. The other was delivered in white, even though it was ordered in black. My request for a refund was met with delay after delay. First, they offered 20% of the purchase price, then 40%, and then 60%. When I explained that I wasn't willing to pay anything at all for Eptchn Universal Silicone Car Door Cover Protectors that didn't fit or were the wrong color, they simply stopped responding.

Ordered a BMW Keyring with the official Logo but was sent a cheap grey keyring that looked nothing like the video. They wouldn't take it back or send me the correct keyring as advertised as not cost effective, they just offered me a partial refund of £3. I have sent numerous emails which they have ignored. I will never buy from them again and must warn anyone to NOT TO BUY FROM AUTOYUNN as their products are poor quality and customer service shocking 😡😡

Tried to ask for a delivery date. They sent me a link to an app that you need to pay for to find out the delivery date. Then when I hit them up about it they canceled my order. Such losers and scammers. Don’t buy from them.

Absolute scam! Ordered 3 car coasters. Arrived after 6 weeks (and numerous emails to chase them up) and NONE of them worked. Sent email requesting replacement or refund. They offered replacement. Nothing ever arrived. Now I am not even receiving a response to emails.
