NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT COMPLETE SCAM

This feels like a scam to me. I've been waiting for a package they said was delivered to me. That gave me a bad tracking # "I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER".

Ordered the Premium Steel Seatbelt Extender 2 Pcs with KIA logo on 9 May 26. Goods arrived on 20 May 26. Looked the part, gloss metal. However it rattled, squeeky and Kia logo was old Kia logo. Tried it my car took approx. 6 times to lock onto seatbelt. This repeated every time I used the car. I would say this is a safety hazard. I have written to AutoYunn customer service. After reading Trustpilot review on AutoYunn I don't give my chances of a refund much hope. Returning the product to China would probably cost more that the product. Future customers beware of glossy products.

This company is garbage it should be shut down!!! I order a part for my car and wanted to retuned it because I didn’t need anymore and they email me talking about the reason for my return don’t conclude with their return policy.. makes no sense because the return policy stated you have 14 days return item.. plus I am within the time frame why I can’t get my refund back?? They gave me the whole run around f… that company.. I will share this all over social media…. Don’t waste your time or money your going to get played..

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Don’t buy absolute scam . Don’t work as shown and should be easy. Really bad customer service!!!!!

Ordered LED car coasters & did not receive. Tracking was not updating, but when I reached out to communicate I had not received my order , next day it updated with a delivery date in the past tense. AutoYunn communicated that item delivered and would not refund. $44.84
