I've been waiting 7 weeks for a dashboard mobile phone holder. No replies to my email. Edit 25/12 I have now had a flurry of emails apologising and confirming that I my order will be processed quickly. Edit 13 Jan '26 More emails from them but still no goods

Ordered some light up cup holders for my cars and only 1 worked out of 4. Contacted their customer service team who said they'd rather give me 25% refund, I replied with 'but 75% of the product isn't working so how did they come to 25%. They then offered me 50%, I couldn't be bothered to complain anymore so agreed to this. That was on 11th Dec, I'm still chasing the refund and no one is responding to my messages. I think I'll have to inform the Financial Ombudsman Service

Never known a company so shocking. Ordered 3 weeks ago and it hasn't even left China yet. Honestly, dont order from here, paid the extra from a reputable company. These guys are overpriced to start and shipping takes forever (that's if I even receive the product) wish I had looked here before ordering

Well I guess I should've looked at these reviews before I bought from this company. I haven't received any type of tracking. They did reach back out to me in an email saying I should receive my item in 10 days but I just have this feeling that's not happening

Ordered 2 x light up coasters for a car, they dont work, company have offered patial refund. However, still profiting off goods that aren't fit for purpose. Scam, avoid at all costs!

Do not purchase from this company. If your item does arrive it is cheap tat and if you want to return it and get a refund they ignore your emails. Complete scam. Avoid avoid avoid.

I ordered a monoscope from their website two weeks ago Stated Sydney delivery , yes ! but forgot to mention from China When it arrived it was not the Item described in their online advertisement A substitute poorer quality brand As it was a Xmas present ,now rubbish I have to try to get a replacement I’m yet to see of if I can find a return address Hens why you should only buy from Amazon at least you know you can return easily
