I ordered a kit with 5 gauges and did not realize one gauge was not the correct Ohms for my '65 Mustang. Matt in Customer Service was very helpful, having me send the incorrect gauge back for credit and order the correct one. I did not have to send it all back and order separately. He was responsive. Great service!

Had issues with a transmission gauge itself. They were fast at responding but all they want to do is have me send in the gauge while the jeep stays in pieces as they test it instead of just sending out the correct functional part. What a joke.

Because of stupid tailgaters I'm in the market for a good dash cam. So I got on ChatGPT "Echo" and was talking to it about "best dash cams." AMP was it's 2nd recommendation. I'm still kind of shopping but looking at Auto Meter's Guardian 360 based on Echo's suggestion. I had a question about how it overlay's speed on the video and the speed sensor which is actually GPS and not a car computer interconnect...d'oh. Unfortunately, I don't remember who I spoke with but he was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. He seemed to take quite a bit of pride in his company's offerings. That was a huge selling point for me right there not to mention the device offers everything I'm looking for. AMP is lucky to have who ever I talked to because he seems quite devoted to them. I hope after reading this AMP finds him and give him a great big fat raise for his professionalism. Thank you, Auto Meter, for your time and understanding. You may have just made a new customer.
