Caution: Do NOT pay any deposit upfront. I would not personally use Auto Haul Movers again, but if you choose to work with them, do not pay any money upfront. Only pay a deposit after they have successfully assigned a driver who agrees to your specified budget. In my case, I paid a $350 initial deposit, but they were unable to secure a driver within my budget range. Getting my money returned required significant time, hassle, and escalation. To their credit, management eventually issued a full refund and provided a written apology for the ordeal, which I appreciate. However, to save yourself the unnecessary headache, ensure they find a carrier at your agreed price before handing over a single dollar.

Buyer beware. Was quoted a set price to move two vehicles over two separate trips that I agreed to & accordingly, signed the electronic contract, only to be told by a service rep of this company on the very day of the pick-up that the Driver now wanted almost $400.00 more per trip, for a total of $800.00 more. As I was in a bind now, needing my my two vehicles moved, I agreed to this increased price hike but was quite angry. Once the Driver arrived, I questioned him on this sudden price hike but he told me he had no idea what I speaking about; that he was given a set price to do these two jobs by this company. I believed him. Buyer beware.

This company gave me a contract to transport my car for a certain price and later that can't find a driver to transport my car on the specified date. Then they start nickle and diming me for more money since they couldn't find a driver. They took half of my money for cancelation fee. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY". Go and find someone company that is better. THIS COMPANY WILL LIE TO YOU JUST TO WASTE YOUR TIME.

They asked me - if you can provide exact pick up and drop off addresses, we can schedule for tomorrow afternoon After I picked following day they send me booking agreement link, Once you fill it and signed, they’ll request for deposit fee I paid $150 and after they couldn’t get me driver but I was told they can only refund $50 7days now I haven’t receive penny from them

Complete SCAM. 1 week notice for pick up. Nothing scheduled. Then texts about no one available with insurance and no damage to vehicles. All fake attempts. Not returning deposit. Saying the account dept is busy. The boss is busy. All BULLSHIT LIES.

However, after the deposit was collected, the price for a "reputable" carrier increased to $900. When I asked about lower-priced options, I was presented with a $700 carrier that I was informed did not have valid insurance and had a history of prior damage claims. Because I was not comfortable with the safety risks of the lower-priced carrier or the 125% price increase for the reputable one, I requested a refund. While the company did eventually refund my $150 deposit, the discrepancy between the initial quote and the actual cost of a safe carrier was significant. I advise potential customers to confirm carrier insurance and final pricing in writing before paying any reservation fees.
