Placed a order for a ecm for my truck ,got a call from Andrew he needed the exact part number.i got it for him the next day, I emailed them a Pic of part number and texted them...never got any reply for 3days.called them and they didnt know who I was or what I needed for my vehicle or even what vehicle I had even with my order number! I was told they are not in the office as you can hear screaming kids in the background and this is 10am on a Thursday! Friday Andrew says its going to have to ship Monday! Monday tues wens comes around still no tracking number no update nothing! I call them again.. im told im in good hands and it will ship soon they just finished the programming... next day i called really mad and was told he is working on it and will expedite it not to worry he is swamped .I told him im worried I read all the bad reviews and I believe them cause its happening to me..i was told he doesn't care about any complaints cause he gets enough business...next day I ask were is my tracking number? 10 days now! He tells me they are building the unit!!!! This place is complete garbage. Worst experience ever...they are liars and will string you along for weeks! I ordered from another place,programmed within 4 hours and got a tracking number .auto computer performance should be shut down! You cant treat people this way.if your to busy be honest!!! Horrible customer service and they lie over and over again. Because of them I will always read reviews now so something good did come out of this nightmare...i really hope they can figure out how to be a real business and not do to people what they did to me....RUN and dont wait 10 days giving them the benefit of doubt ..he will say you are in good hands but I swear you are not..10 days wasted of uber and storage fees! If i could give them a point of 1 star I wouldn't even give them that. This was a nightmare and the place is incompetent!!!!! They are so horrible i pray the government steps in someday. Can't believe they are in business and serve the public.

Cancelled order before the part even shipped and got charged a $400 cancellation fee. Would not recommend, not a trustworthy dealer.

Andrew and his team are fantastic, I use their services very often and have never had an issue. Anything computer or module related I go straight to them. Very fast, reliable, and great prices. 10/10

He does not know what he is doing his place of business is dirty just like his appearance he will take your money and won’t answer your calls once he sells you a used ecu don’t go to him

BEWARE Ordered computer for my 1995 wrangler. Started lying from day one, told me I would have it in 7 business days. That came and went finally got him to return my calls and continued lying about every single thing. Provided me with a tracking number he generated in his system and I actually went to post office to have them check tracking, he never deliverd it to post office for shipping at all. to make a long sto- ry short, he got $515 of my money and I got nothing. luckily my brother lives an hour away from his place of business maybe an in person visit from him will get me a refund. if anything changes and he can't sleep at night after stealing money from me I'll update here.
