After an accident, I took my car to a local body shop. They advised me that the damage was such that the insurance company would likely total my car. They offered me a brochure and recommended I contact Auto Claim Specialists (ACS) if the offer I got seemed to low. ACS explained how the system works I decided I had nothing to loose. The insurance company offered me $13,113.44 for my vehicle along with information on comparable vehicles. I checked prices on a couple of websites and felt the offer was fair. ACS estimated they could get $1,500 more for my car. Once I turned the matter over to ACS they handled everything with the Insurance Company. When all was done i got $2,750.81 more for my car.

At first I was concerned because I was not sure what to expect. After our first interaction I was confident that the people here are professional and dedicated to what they do. They were able to help me when my insurance was not covering my losses and were able to help me get back to normal after my car was totaled. Will use again if I ever am in an accident again. Auto Claim Specialists are great! My vehicle was damaged in a bad hail storm, and only the appearance was affected. Luckily there was no mechanical damage. The insurance company called it a total loss due to costly repairs. I decided to keep the vehicle but the amount my insurance company offered me to keep it was an unfair amount. Auto claim specialists were able to get the insurance company to move the number up after several negotiations. Keep all your records and correspondence with the repair shop and your insurance claims representative so the process moves quicker. They were very polite and understanding every time I spoke with them! No question went unanswered. I would definitely use them again if I have a total loss claim, but hopefully I won’t!

This company was a huge help in getting a fair seatlement on my vehicle. They walk me through the process step by step. It was so easy and in the end they got more than I would have ever expected. I would strongly recommend them if you are in need.
