Auto Claim Specialist provides an AMAZINGLY UNIQUE service. I had never heard of being able to negotiate a higher value on our families vehicle which was totaled in an accident. They were able to negotiate a higher payout with very minimal effort from us as the customer. I will recommend them to others!!

Last December my daughter had the misfortune of having an accident in her first car, a used 2017 Toyota Corrolla, she had only been driving the car for about 45 days, only to find out what seemed like a minor accident turned into a TOTAL LOSS on her vehicle, needless to say we weren’t happy about this, but felt relieved that we had covered all of the bases on insurance with AAA INSURANCE and GAP INSURANCE.
After the AAA adjuster had finish his evaluation of the cars damages he gave us a figure of $12,000 (not actual figure)on the vehicle though it was actually worth about $15,500, UNKNOWLINGLY I EXCEPTED THIS LOWBALL OFFER, I had never had a TOTAL LOSS on a vehicle and I was naive to believe AAA WAS BEING TOTALLY HONEST WITH ME. They informed me the Gap insurance would cover the remaining balance and $000 out the car loan. Well need I say that’s not how it turned out, after the Gap insurance paid their honest amount it left us holding the bag for about $1,600, I contacted Gary with the Foresight group to inquire why this was happening. Gary was kind enough to inform me that the actual car value had been deflated by about $3000+ which was causing the overage. He was kind enough to give me Robert Mc Dorman’s name with Auto claims Specialists, Robert stepped in and took control of the situation, AAA tried to run me off by procrastinating and running me around in circles to get the information Robert had requested I get from them, and with a lot patience and perseverance (it took about a month or more for AAA to give us the requested information), once I got the necessary documentation to Robert it was all

We work closely with the ForeSight Group and when it comes to their client’s interest, they always do the right thing. I am so thankful for you that ForeSight was your GAP administrator because most GAP companies don't care enough about their clients to investigate available remedies to help them with indemnity issues such as yours. ForeSight is a pioneer in the GAP Provider Industry and is always looking for new ways to service their clients.
The primary carriers have become accustomed to using the GAP Providers to reduce their liability and unjustly transfer their liability to the secondary provider. In each of these instances, the insured or claimant is NOT MADE WHOLE and left with a lagging balance to their lender. It doesn’t have to end like this. As you see the insured has effective policy rights to fight back and be made whole.
We can assist 8 out of 10 clients who provide us with their proposed settlement. Our average Total Loss settlement increase is 29% over the primary carrier’s final settlement offer. As in your situation, you went from filing a GAP claim and having a lagging balance due your lender after the primary carrier settlement and the secondary carrier settlement to having a $1,600 surplus to use as a down payment on your daughter's new car. If you recall, AAA vigorously tried to talk you out of exercising your policy right of contesting their final settlement. The carriers business model is always delay, deny and defend.

Auto Claim Specialist (ACS) was recommended by my Mercedes dealer. ACS was excellent throughout the whole claims process, they were 10 steps ahead of Progressive. ACS knew exactly what Progressive was going to do before Progressive did. ACS saved my car and I would recommend them to anyone.
