Auto Claims Specialists are THE BEST! When we first started our discussion, we had a balance to pay on our loan due to the low insurance settlement we received. Auto Claims Specialists worked with our insurance company and showed them they undervalued our vehicle and then negotiated to get additional money on our settlement. Without them, we'd be making loan payments for 4 additional months. They are knowledgeable and diligent and helped make us whole. Internally we refer to cases such as yours as liability realignment cases, where primary insurers are attempting to improperly transfer some of their liability onto secondary providers, secondary providers are naturally pushing back at the unexpected and unfair allocation to their books, and insured’s such as yourself are getting caught up in the middle often holding the bag. Once you discovered that you were under-indemnified for your loss and invoked your right of appraisal, an accurate appraisal of your vehicle's value at time of loss shifted the correct percentage of loss back to your primary carrier, leaving a fair balance that ForeSight was more than happy to cover – and leaving you free and clear on your loan. Unfortunately, there are insurers, including yours, who are now attempting to prevent policyholders from reopening their claims and exercising their contractual right of appraisal. If you had come to us just a week later, you would likely still be stuck paying the cost of an unfair settlement. At Auto Claim Specialists we are working diligently to educate and compel insurers to honor their appraisal clauses in cases such as yours where you didn’t discover that you were being under-indemnified on your loss until after settlement.

Highly recommended, not the cheapest but worthwhile!
I have been arguing with my insurance company for two months, but they just do not compromise for any value increment of my car which was totaled from flooded.
Chad was very professional and explaining the situation to me.
Three week later, the car value was increased much higher than expected. Great job!

Robert and James were shepherds thru the maze and confusion of the loss of value claims process. They were upfront and honest on the probability and the amount of the claim as well the time it would take to settle. I would highly recommend them for any auto adjustment claim in any state.

Great experience working with Robert
Robert and Auto Claim Specialist have been fantastic to work with. Our Maserati had some damage under the vehicle from dropping off the shoulder of the road to avoid a tree limb. Geico valued the car way too low and wanted to total it. We wanted to keep the car and have it repaired. Robert got involved and worked to get the appraised value increased $6000 which forced Geico to repair the car and not consider it a total loss. Robert and his staff were easy to work with and were prompt in replying to my emails and phone calls. I would highly recommend using them to anyone who is in a similar situation.

I cannot say enough good things about…
I cannot say enough good things about Robert McDorman and Auto Claim Specialists. I had purchased a truck with my son and the dealership made sure we had GAP Insurance as well. Well my son had a wreck in the vehicle and it was a total loss. I assumed and did not worry because we had the GAP insurance and was sure everything was going to be taken care of. I received a call from Mr. McDorman one Sunday afternoon because he received a call from the GAP insurance company that the substandard car insurance company my son had, Elephant Insurance Company, had undervalued the vehicle and we still owed a substantial amount. I don't understand how it all worked, but because of the deductions taken, the GAP insurance could allow those and so the GAP company did not pay anything as well. Mr. McDorman went on to explain to me what was going on, and my skeptical self, listened but wasn't sure what to think. Long story short, I listened to him and allowed him to take over and fight for us, and boy was I thankful he did. HE WAS AWESOME!!! Mr. McDorman and Auto Claim Specialists know their business. He was able to make us whole and pay off the lender completely. I cannot thank him and the company for all they did. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend that if you get in the same situation and you get a call from Robert McDorman, you listen and let him fight for you, you will not be sorry.
