Robert McDorman was amazing in helping us with our claim. He was very attentive to our needs and responded to everything in a timely manner. In a matter of days he had already filed our claim with our insurance. He saw to it that we were properly compensated for our loss and the increase they obtained allowed for a full pay off of our loan as well as a supplemental payment to us.
