Robert was great to work with and very efficient at closing my claim with the insurance company. Auto Claim Specialists were extremely helpful and professional in garnering a very satisfactory Diminished Value Claim for my (practically new) 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Repairs were right at $10,000 and the vehicle is now great! That said, I realized it was no longer going to be worth what it should for a CarMax report whenever I decide to sell or trade.
