Trust. Robert McDorman founder of Auto Claim Specialists, earned mine. Auto Claim Specialists advocated for me relentlessly, with integrity and regard for all parties concerned. The company represented my claim through a process that was complex and specific. Their particular skillset resulted in a reversal of a total loss on my vehicle because my insurance company used a standardized algorithm. Apparently this is commonplace in the insurance industry.This process involved invoking certain clauses in my insurance policy. I walked away with more money than the body shop estimate for my car repair, and no change to the title! I cannot praise their commitment or availability to their customers more. It took a deliberate approach, and patience. The cost of the service was negligible in relationship to the process and reward. The company walked me through each step and explained everything! I could not have asked for more, as they met my goals in an extremely professional manner. Trust, and Results… this is what I look for in a company. Thank you for your help!

Wow! I don’t know where to begin. The entire staff and company are absolutely amazing. They took over what seemed to be a daunting task and made it simple. They kept me in the loop and communicated clearly and with empathy the entire time. I will never handle an auto claim without them again. They fought for me against progressive who was trying to bully me and not pay 100% for my vehicle repairs. Once I turned over my claim they handled it end to end till closure. Great work and my repairs were paid for in full. Highly recommend. Excellent services.

I was contacted a few months ago by this agency, I had no idea it would work or that I would get anything back for my case that could of been handled better. I only had to do one thing but other than that the agency did everything else for me and they kept me updated about everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly I had the pleasure of dealing with Victoria 99% of the time. I also came across Bri towards the end she was also friendly and helpful
