Robert did a very good job with my claim. I've been a lawyer for 25 years and my insurance required that I secure a third-party appraiser to correct their low-ball offer. Robert got them to go up to nearly the purchase price on the car we owned for only 3 weeks. He saved me several thousand dollars and made the hit less severe.

Got a low ball price from my insurance co. for my totaled out car. I showed the Kelly blue book and NADA price but was told they had a different way of calculating the price (much lower).
