Went to Cranbourne Autobarn to buy a new battery. Told them they would have to order it in because it was a special order. Sales Representative told me to wait until stock came in. I told him again it needed to be order in. He did not listen. In the end he told me to go to Repco or somewhere else as he could not help me. This representatives attitude was clearly unprofessional and annoying. Would never go to this store again. Ended up going to a different company to get my battery.

Bought the wrong additive for my vehicle, went to return/exchange for right one and got told they don't care after 14 days. Wouldn't touch it even with product being as new untouched, never had this poor level of service from any other shop i've dealt with

Went to purchase "stop start" type battery at autobarn Bethania. While the female assistant was perusing the system, she was singing to the slightly loud store music. At one point she got frustrated and let off an expletive and the manager was standing off behind her and did not say anything. After locating the item she affirmed with the manager and he then walked to another terminal. He said " we dont have the little machine to connect to the vehicle to hold the computer data". You can try with the dealer across the carpark. Thats it. I was astonished that this store did not have the required equipment. Or could they just not be bothered. I certainly wont be going back to that store.

My wife has had issues with her new stereo and is Getting the run around from the Penrith store. Now she has to wait until an installation from minchinbury or Marsden park. So much for customer service .

attempted to order a license plate frame for $8. They tried to charge me almost $300 for shipping. Luckly I caught it before it went through on PayPal. Verry dishonest company, & the contact phone number just rings busy.

DO NOT purchase subwoofers and/or amps from this company. They claim to have knowledgeable, educated staff but clearly they do not. And management simply don't care regardless of pointing out Australian Consumer Law quotes from their website. The staff recommend products that you put your trust and faith in to be compatible and when they turn out not to be, they lie and say they didn't recommend the products and therefore it's not their problem. You would be better off playing russian roulette on the internet. Or just light your money on fire. Less painful. Wish I had seen all of the terrible reviews before wasting so much time and money.

Autobarn advertise a price match guarantee however I was denied the service by a franchisee on the basis that they have the right to pick and choose what they do. This is clearly misleading and terrible business practice, Furthermore I advise everyone to avoid the Clayton Victoria store due to draft being extremelny .
