Ordered three different books for Christmas. Each for a different member of my family. They all loved it and are still reading about themselves in a fun story. The covers were great.Male photos seemed closer to the person than the female photo but still great

The making of the book was fun. The cover of the book was great. Had to try a few choices, but that's ok. Almost all the characteristics were used but i was a little disappointed that my brother's "humor" wasn't incorporated more, but overall I think he will love the book. Worth the money and timing was outstanding.

This book is wonderful. I loved it. It will be a Christmas gift for our son , we are also having one done for all the kids for Christmas. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fun way to give a special gift!

My book first came with the correct book cover, but had the wrong people in it. Once I contacted customer service and told Ella my issue, she was right on it trying to make everything right. She was a great help and had me reorder my book and then she sent me step by step the progress so that I could make sure everything was correct and I approved it. She was wonderful. My daughter-in-law loved her book.

I placed an order but it did not come out the way I ordered it. Another order was made for me at no extra cost. I called the company, as this was very close to Christmas. I was told that my corrected order would be delivered in time, and it was. I loved it, my daughter loved it. I would definitely order again. Very unique gift.

Incredible customer experience! I had a bit of a problem the first try and used the chat to ask for help. I got help so fast, and they made it right! The finished product was even better than expected, and we will definitely order again! I can't recommend this company highly enough!

The book arrived in perfect condition! Can't wait to give it to my daughter as a gift!
