Guess I got scammed. They have everything to launch my book. But now they are asking for my amazon password. I definitely am not giving them any passwords. They have ghosted me. Last contact was last month. They say my e-mails are going “accidentally” to their spam. Paid for premium package. Including editing, advertising and marketing. The cover they sent me has gibberish not my words. Feeling screwed over. Formatting is all wrong. They don’t return my e-mails. They have been screwing me around over a year. They tried to up-charge me, to get me to pay them more multiple times. Highly do not recommend. I just feel scammed. Do not trust these scammers.

I contracted with this company to help publish my book. I paid an original $980. They made an amazing book trailer so I gave them more money $6k worth. Then, they stopped working for me. Did not return phone called. Kindle book is uploaded but not formatted correctly. The 6 months of Facebook ads never were purchased. Now all of a sudden my website isn't working. I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism.
