I switched from GoDaddy because I don't have to spend hours sorting through templates that may or may not be what I really want. Because Tertulia was developed for authors by authors, they know how to make it easy to sell books to readers. When I was in my trial period, I had lots of questions - which of course did not come all at once. But the support team was patient, and I can honestly say that the customer service is outstanding. Finally, Tertulia is affordable - they do not nickel and dime you to death or present services in a deceptive way (my last GoDaddy bill was over $400/yr!). It is very refreshing to have a company deliver on its promises.
