AuthenticscentReviews of authenticscent.com

I wish I had checked TrustPilot before I ordered, even though only one other person reviewed them, because I had the same exact issue. No confirmation email, no tracking, and after an entire MONTH, still nothing. I called and got voicemail, emailed and no response. I also tried to email directly from the link on their site and it wouldn’t even go through, so I had to dispute the charge with Apple Pay. Their website looks legit, but don’t trust them.

NEVER SENT PRODUCT, OR RESPOND TO INQUIRIES, FOUND OUT THAT ADDRESS LISTED IS FOR A UPS STORE AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS FOR A BUSINESS PRINTING CARD COMPANY. STAY AWAY!!!
