Do not buy from australiapremiumtobaccostore.com. They are running a classic advance-fee scam. After taking my initial payment for Order #1604, they changed the rules, claiming a "minimum order limit" wasn't met. When that didn't work, they sent a fake courier message demanding an extra $110.00 as a "fully refundable shipping and handling fee" before they would dispatch the item. They refuse to ship the product or issue a refund unless you send more money. Their support email is a generic, random Gmail address. Save your money and stay far away from this fraudulent storefront.

THIS "STORE" IS A SCAM! AVOID! Ordered tobacco, paid, was told for days payment wasn't recieved even though it had definitely gone through on my end (it wasn't pending), and when I emailed to complain, and enquire what's going on, they barely responded, and after I pushed and pushed they said they are having issues with their pay account and that I could make another payment to them of $160, to process the tobacco faster, and that they'd refund my original payment after the second payment was made? Lol it was such a confusing stupid conversation. Definitely not a trustworthy site!!! I was scammed!!! Edited 13 August 2026 Update- 8 hours after the "store" responded to my trust pilot review for context. I have had no communication from this store in the past three months since "purchase". The response below is the most communication I have ever had from this "store" even on the official support channel. I am currently trying to communicate with the "official support channel" lol literally just the live chat on the website. I have asked multiple questions regarding why no communication AT ALL in three months? Why write a professional response on trust pilot to then not responding on the "official support channel" to my valid questions? Communication on the support channel is non existent they will not answer my questions or explain what happened. I have asked if I am actually going to recieve a refund and if so when? They weirdly responded with "It's just a matter of time you will get tired and stop without knowing" and then "you will get your refund in 3 to 4 business days". So the below response from premium tobacco store is complete bs. They don't care and don't want to review what happened, original transaction and all correspondence included. I have asked them these questions and was told to basically give up? They did nothing to "establish exactly where the issue occurred and address any refund or order-related matter appropriately." Lol to that whole response. They did the complete opposite. Wouldn't be suprised if that was written by AI. If I actually am refunded, I will be extremely surprised. I will update if I do get refunded in 3-4 business days and update this review based on the outcome if there even is any. Update 21/08/26 No refund has been made lol tried contacting them again. No contact back. Lol SCAM THIS "STORE" IS DEFINITELY A SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!! I don't want anyone else being scammed out of hundreds or dollars.
