La integración con el calendario funciona bien y el agente agenda citas sin que tengamos que intervenir. Bajamos un 60% el tiempo que la recepcionista dedicaba a contestar WhatsApp.

Lo que más valoramos es que ahora podemos ver todos los mensajes con cada cliente sin importar quién haya contestado. Antes era un caos entre grupos de WhatsApp del equipo y ahora todo queda registrado haciendo el seguimiento es mucho mas sencillo.
