Aura MaternityReviews of auramaternity.com

I reached out to the company due to incorrect sizing of the maternity panties I had purchased and Nicole from the company contacted me back. Not only was she able to assist me with the correct sizing, she told me to keep the pairs I had already purchased and they will just send me the new size as well. This was so sweet and helped with a lot of stress of having to find time to ship the items back with my busy schedule. I will be looking at the website again and see what else to purchase because I am amazed by the customer service interaction. I would recommend this company to anyone due to the customer service alone, but it does help that the panties I bought were so soft and and heavenly.

Nicole was amazing. She addressed my concerns and went beyond. I appreciate her help. Thank you Nicole :-)

Nicole was very helpful with my situation and professional.

The underwear fabric is soft and the panties are well made and look really cute. I had a size problem (they are a little small so, although fitting, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to wear them if I gain some weight on my thighs), and I needed an exchange, but Nicole from customer care was quick and helpful.

My order was delivered quick and efficiently. I did need to return a portion of my purchase and Nicole from Customer Service was great to work with and helped me get everything resolved.

So helpfull!

I recently ordered some maternity underwear and a bra loved the product so comfy. The bra was too small and the customer service was excellent helping me exchange it to the correct size. Very happy thank you

Comfy maternity clothes and they accommodated a size change.
