Horrible company! They pitch themselves as so consumer conscious (Vegan, cruelty free, natural, no chemicals) but the reality is they screw over consumers. The lipstick colors shown on the "arms" on the website do not come any where near to matching the actual colors received. Yet I have to pay for return shipping and only receive a credit/ not cash refund. They obviously do not care about actual consumer service!

Wish i could have given this company a minus. They owe our models for work done almost 2 years ago and are STILL using their imagery online. This is highly unethical and illegal. So many excuses. Then blocking all our messages. Four young women remain unpaid for work done for Au Naturale. Not sure how the owner sleeps at night.
