Working with AVN has been such a positive experience. The team is professional, supportive, and truly passionate about what they do. Their culture makes you feel valued, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I’m grateful to be part of this journey with such dedicated people

Being with Audio Visual Nation for 8 years has been an incredible journey. I’ve witnessed firsthand how AVN has always taken care of its staff, supporting people not only as professionals but as individuals with families and personal goals. Back in 2012, AVN was a small business born out of the passion of an audio technician. Fast forward to 2025, it has grown into a structured, nationwide, family-oriented company. The growth is remarkable, not just in size, but in heart. The culture of AVN has remained focused on people, ensuring that staff/crew are valued, supported, and given opportunities to thrive, while building a true sense of community within the industry.

Always felt like it’s like working with family for AVN, always something to learn and they really take care of us when we can’t go out for lunch.

My personal experience working with AVN is excellent, good leaders, good work environment and very professional.

Love the team work, awesome experience no negative vibe from coworkers and very hard working staff. Zero complaints.

As an independent contractor, I have the outstanding ability to pick and choose which companies I will work for. Audio Visual Nation without a doubt is one of the best to work for. Every person on the show is made to feel appreciated and is treated with respect. Teamwork is always present and anyone that is not willing to be on a team will be asked to leave. The company is very well structured and highly efficient. It’s always a great day when you go to work, make a good rate and have a great time doing it!

Audio Visual Nation is the premier production support group for the live events industry! If you aren’t currently using AVN for labor then you really should be. They do the biggest of the biggest shows nationwide!
