I needed replacement headphones ASAP since we were going away on a long road trip with 3 kids and as usual I waited until the last minute. I wasn't sure which ones I needed so I emailed them. Adam was one of nicest most helpful people I have ever dealt with. He chose the correct ones I needed and promised me I would have them in plenty of time. After I placed my order he then emailed me with exact instructions on how to use them. The headphones came in plenty of time and literally worked right out of the box, no setup required at all. Not to mention the price was the best on the internet. Will be recommending them to everyone and will definitely be using again! Thank you for your wonderful customer service, it was a pleasure!

One pair of headphones did not work properly so I emailed Audiovideo2go. Within minutes I got a reply. Adam in customer service was so friendly and helpful and promised to send another pair right away. I got a notice from him when they were shipped the next day! So often customer service is helpful on the purchase side of things but not so helpful on the return side. Not the case at AudioVideo2Go. Very impressive! And the headphones are awesome!!

I was looking for replacement parts for high end headphones. When the package arrived (ahead of schedule) I realized that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong part. It wasn't an expensive item, so when I heard from Adam at the company, I was very surprised. He took the trouble to make sure that I received the correct part. We had purchased wireless headphones for a used van we just bought and received the headphones in decent timing and we had trouble with our system not accepting the wireless headphones. Customer service e-mailed promptly with some tips to try to get the headphones to work and when we found our system doesn't support the headphones Audiovideo2go customer service again was very helpful with the return process and prompt on e-mails again. Being an online company you always get a little nervous with shipping and receiving of products, but Audiovideo2go was awesome and I would recommend them to others.

Very good price, very good product and very prompt shipment. Great experience all around. Need two sets of headphones for a used Expedition with the Ford factory rear entertainment system and they worked flawlessly as soon as batteries were installed.
