New Yukon only came with two headsets- doesn’t work for three kids. Had to buy one more but couldn’t get any headphones to sync with my 2018 Yukon. Tried standard IR from Amazon, older headsets from my 2016 Yukon - nothing worked. These worked perfectly and were identical to the two that came from the dealer but at a much cheaper price point. After purchasing a 2012 Lincoln MKX the DVD remotes were missing. I ordered one from AudioVideo2go. Upon receipt the remote didn’t work.. I contacted customer support and ran through several attempts to resolve the problem to no avail. Without question a replacement remote was expressed to me. After receiving it, it worked perfectly. I requested information on returning the first remote and was told that I was not expected to return it as I have already been inconvenienced enough. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service and commitment to putting the customer first.
