So the cloud software still kinda sucks and they definitely push hard for trying to sell it. A lot of updates you'd want to see take forever and never happen. You often feel like you're in troubleshooting city. Still, this company makes it feel like we're all in this together. Auction stuff can be insanely complicated and these guys really do have the best system out there. They have an incredibly engaging community built around them. They're always just a phone call or two away when you've got an issue. It feels like this business really isn't all that easy but everyone is trying their best and supporting each other and to have that kind of community built around a platform like this says a whole lot.
