Atx Firefighter MovingReviews of atxfirefightermoving.com

I have been following this moving crew for a while. They are quick, careful, and treat my things better than I do. Highly recommended to work with them 👍🏽

Hands down the best moving experience I’ve ever had! Luis and PJ were absolute pros from start to finish on time, fast, careful with everything, and super friendly. They handled my furniture and boxes like it was their own stuff, and made the whole move stress-free. I’ve moved several times before, but this team set a new standard. Highly recommend if you want your move done right!

Luis and the ATX Firefighter crew were outstanding from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked fast, and handled everything with care. You can tell they take pride in their work. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing reliable movers.

We just finished moving from our place in Schertz out toward Austin, and man, ATX Firefighter Moving made it way less painful than I expected. I’ve dealt with movers before and always brace for something going wrong, but these guys were on point from start to finish. Got a fair quote over the phone—no weird upsells or surprises. They showed up right when they said they would, a couple of strong, friendly dudes who clearly know what they’re doing. They wrapped our furniture like pros (even the stuff we were paranoid about), maneuvered everything through tight spots and stairs without a hitch, and nothing got dinged or broken. Loaded and unloaded super efficiently too—whole thing took less time than I thought. I really liked that firefighter-owned feel; you can tell they bring that no-nonsense, get-it-done-right attitude. Super respectful of the house, kept things clean, and even chatted a bit about the area which was nice. Communication was solid the whole way. If you’re in Schertz or anywhere nearby and need movers, do yourself a favor and call these guys. Worth it for the stress-free day. We’d use them again in a second. Thanks, ATX Firefighter Moving! 💪🔥

I've had two moves with this company. The first was May 2024 and it was phenomenal. Which is why I went with them again last week. My experience was vastly different. One person arrived with the truck a few minutes after 9. He said he would not start the clock until the other movers arrived, which should be about ten minutes. The second mover arrived around 9:30 and the third mover arrived at 10. However, the clock started around 9:15. When I brought this up at time of payment, I was only provided an additional 15 minutes or so. I still tipped them all well but I did tip the first mover more than the others because he was there first. Two of the workers were very friendly and nice just for the record. One of the workers was watching a football game on his phone, which was fine. However, there were times when he was literally only carrying things in one hand so that he could hold the phone in his other to see the game. They weren't able to fit everything, though there was more room in the back. I said I would take care of the rest as long as everything could fit in the back of my car and as long as I could pick it up myself. I pointed out my car and was assured everything left fit those criteria. After the move, I walked through the house and found a punching bag that did not fit in my car, nor was I able to lift myself. I ended up having to pay someone with a truck to assist me with moving the rest of my items. Lastly, one of my son's monitors was broken in the move, though it was wrapped very well. I paid quite a bit more with this move with much lower effort and results. I reached out to them to give them my feedback and inquire about damages and haven't received a response at all. I tried to reach out through the Better Business Bureau (their grade on there is abysmal) and they have not responded to that complaint either. Small Claims Court is next since I have videos of everything here. I definitely would not recommend working with this company.

The moving team was great, but the administration is terrible. We were scheduled to move at 10:00 but were postponed to the next day. We spent the whole day expecting them. Calls inquiring where they were went to voicemail. We had to u pack boxes to get bsheets to remake the bed. The next day was worse for contacting when they did not show up as scheduled. BOTTOM LINE: They don't show up when scheduled and you will have nothing but frustration in calling.

Absolutely! Here's a warm, enthusiastic review you can use for ATX Firefighter Movers: --- Best Moving Experience Ever – Thanks to Joe, Dasean, Marquies, Josh, and James! I’ve moved every five years for most of my life, and without a doubt, ATX Firefighter Movers gave me the best experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the team—Joe, Dasean, Marquies, Josh, and James—were incredible. They were not only hard-working and efficient, but also genuinely friendly and upbeat, which made a typically stressful day actually enjoyable. Their exceptional customer service stood out right away. They were flexible with scheduling, attentive to details, and treated my belongings with great care. You could tell they took pride in their work and in helping people. It was clear they enjoyed working together, and that positive energy made a big difference. If you want a moving team that’s professional, personable, and gets the job done right, look no further. ATX Firefighter Movers is hands-down the best in the business. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
