Excellent material for the most part with some minor deviations from the present material provided. Also some direction provided that is unlawful in this area.

Hi Brian,
Thank you for your review. I'd like to get a few more details from you as to what direction may be provided in the course that is unlawful in your area. We want to ensure the course content is current and is not advising anyone to do anything that is not permitted by law.
When you have a chance, send me an email: [email protected] , appreciate your time.
Have a great day.

Too long
Way to long of a course that goes over the same things multiple times
Response from ATVcourse.comSep 11, 2015
Hi Carlos.
Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the course. We hope the videos & narration were helpful and made the content easier to understand and get through. The reality is, that ATVing is an enjoyable and wonderful, but risk-laden and potentially dangerous sport, which is why much of the content is repeated multiple times for emphasis. It's estimated that in the US, there were almost 132,000 injuries treated in an emergency department in 2009, and there were 649 reported deaths linked to ATV-related activities that same year; and that's too many people in our opinion.
The content may seem repetitive, our goal with that however, is that students will remember these concepts & best practices when out on the trails which will help keep them, and other riders safe. It's a proven concept that repeating concepts helps students remember them, we don't want to bore students with the course, but we do want to help keep you safe. It's a balancing act, but it's good to know that some students may feel that it's too much repetition for future changes to the content.
Please reach out if you need anything from us. our team is always happy to help! We hope you have a fun and safe time riding the trails. Happy Riding!

slow
as a college educated person, this class was way too slow. I could read the slides much faster than having them read to me. painfully slow to listen to them. good information, but could have read it in half the time.

Hi there,
Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy the course due to the length, we hope the animations and narration were helpful to you. In your state, there is a time requirement to study, unfortunately that's a state-wide rule for all ATV education courses, with classroom courses often being 6-9 hours long. Our goal with online education is to make the process more convenient since students can complete the course at home, on their own time, but our course cannot be any shorter due to regulations. We are always working with state agencies in hopes of improving the course process moving forward, so we'll definitely keep your feedback in mind. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you, we're always happy to help. We hope you have a safe and fun ATV riding.

TO MANY SECTIONS
CHAPTERS WERE OK BUT THERE WERE TOO MANY SECTIONS IN EACH CHAPTER.

Hi Matthew,
Thanks for the feedback. We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the course overall, we hope the videos & images were helpful during the course. We do our best to equally divide the content between the chapters without letting them be too long. Each chapter has between 15 to 22 pages so that we can cover all of the content in that subject completely. We also let our students take notes, and many students feel that that's helpful to them remembering all the content and to passing the course. Feel free to log back in at any time if you want to review the content before hitting the trails. Don't be shy to reach out if you need anything, our team is here to help! Happy Riding!
