As an adult taking this course I felt that the information was dumbed down too much. Also clicking through the modules is obnoxious when I couldn't read through the modules and advance at my own pace because of the timed recording. This course would have taken half the time if I wouldn't have had to wait to go to the next page. Also it is ridiculous that you have to pay for the course and then pay other fee to get the license, it should all be included in one. Also being charged an internet convenience fee is ridiculous when I have to print the license myself. You are making me pay to do more work and use my own resources.

Good course and information. A lot of it is basic common sense. The issue I had is the timer to read each page. The time is set way too long. I can read the page many times over and still have time to spare. This limits my progression in the course and will not allow you to continue until the time is out. I found myself bored and waiting a lot Maybe it’s this way to meet a 3 hour minimum standard, maybe not. If it’s not the time should be lowered.

The first 4 chapters are good. Chapters 5, and 6 could be deleted. I would recommend adding a few more adding a few more questing to the after chapter quizzes, and delete the 60 question at the end. The 60 questions at the end almost seemed to penalize a student for paying the money to take the test or to discourage others student. I drive an all wheel drive car and I did not have the be tested on the transmission types, or how my ABS brakes work. Keep the safety course either directed toward the use of the machine. The legal information could be expanded. Thanks !!

The online experience was pleasant. I was born on August 20, 1987 just a month shy of the date of needing a certificate. I understand that the online service has to be made for people of all ages.Honestly, I've already read about all rules and safety on the book. The timed sessions were too long, and I just had to wait for the time to be out. I think that you should register age and personal information first, and depending on the age, it'll be a timed session or not. I could have passed all the exam without the course. I feel that the ATV course is great for the youth, but not for someone my age.

I have completed the online portion of the course, but I only get a "voucher" which I am supposed to use towards a "practical" course?? I am currently living in the NWT and there are no reasonably accessible practical courses here!! I was led to believe this would provide a certificate much like the Canadian pleasure craft operator's certificate. I cannot get a hold of the safety council at the number provided, what do I do now?

We are taking this course to be able to ride dirt bikes, not ATVs. It would be nice to be geared toward dirt bikes

Multiple choice questions and answers on quizzes and exam are not helpful for testing knowledge. Most of the questions and answers were Common Sense, not ATV knowledge. Some of the supplied multiple choice answers were dumb.
