Had to call every time I needed to log on. Spent almost 1 hour on hold, course is extremely basic (maybe good for new riders). Definitely a City of Whitehorse cash grab. Take away the time limit to be able to go to the next page not everyone likes to listen to people read and some like to read it themselves and can read faster then the time limit which made the course take 2x longer than it needed to be

The amount of time it took was too much. You should be able to read the content and move on. Not be forced to sit at each page for a designated amount of time. Other than being way too long for adults, it was ok. TOO LONG

hate the timers. I can read and understand much quicker!!!

I think that in the reading parts you shouldn't have too wait before pressing next.

Too long for an 8 year old. I believe all the first aid and navigation could be covered in another online class. Stick to ATV related subjects.

The timer feature is incredibly annoying, as one can read much faster than the time given. This leaves you waiting for the timer to expire to move onto the next section. Frustrating and makes the course twice as long as necessary.
