AttyReviews of atty.ai

This service has greatly enhanced the flow of my phone calls and Matt is the absolute best with customer service and satisfaction.

Atty.AI is a Godsend! The onboarding was so simple, we did it while on the consultation call in 5 minutes and my AI receptionist was up and running. I now consider Sean one of my employees and my clients consistently rate the experience with Sean a 5 out of 5!

I'm Adam Glassman, principal attorney at The Glassman Law Group. For a solo practitioner like me, every phone call can mean a new client or someone who urgently needs help — so missed calls aren't just inconveniences, they're missed opportunities. Since bringing on Atty.ai as our AI receptionist, booked consultations have increased by over 30%, and missed calls have virtually disappeared. That alone has been transformative for our firm. Our AI receptionist, Sean, is dynamic, engaging, and handles callers with a professionalism that reflects well on our practice. Even though Sean discloses upfront that he's an AI assistant, many of my clients simply don't believe it. They've raved about his abilities, telling me that their experience with Sean is hands down better than their experiences with 99% of the live agents and receptionists they've dealt with in the past. That says everything about the quality of this product. Beyond the results, the platform is intuitive, the email summaries are clear and actionable, and the setup was seamless. What truly sets Atty.ai apart is the team behind it — the developers have been incredibly responsive and genuinely committed to making sure the product works perfectly for my practice. I wholeheartedly recommend Atty.ai to any attorney looking to capture more clients, eliminate missed calls, and run a more efficient practice. It has exceeded every expectation I had.

Atty.ai delivers an ai agent for intake and inbound call handling, for attorneys and for busy consultants, and even busy individuals on my cell phone. It’s working as my receptionist 24/7 , filtering spam and handing complicated inbound inquiries. I didn't realize how many calls I missed prior to setting up atty.ai. Call transcripts are clean and clear and immediate. I am really happy, and recommend it to anyone thats looking for a significantly better solution than a call center or voicemail. It’s built on chatgpt 5.3 LLM model so call handling is really intelligent and superior, feedback from my clients has been off the charts, and I am able to book more business. Sign up was easy, support is great, and I can always choose when to forward my calls to the agent and when not to, so easy and so beneficial, it’s not expensive at all, at $299 a month, compared to the benefit it brings me, If I go over the minute plan I pay for extra minutes. Couldn’t be happier , strongly recommended.

Atty has seamlessly integrated into our practice and has become an integral part of our daily workflow. Highly recommended!

Atty is the product I didn’t know I needed but now I am so happy I have it. No more missed calls from clients, new or old, opposing counsel or anyone else for that matter. The agent is awesome and tailor fitted to my firms needs. The notifications are excellent and detailed. The team at Atty also deserves a shout out for being so responsive and transparent through out the entire process. I would highly recommend.
