They did the job and that was what was important. Kinder customer service would bring repeat business. I would have given 5 stars if customer service hadn't been rude and condescending in communications. All in all though I was satisfied with the outcome.

I am giving 4 starts because they charged $50 to unlock my iphone, then couple days later they said they can't unlock it for $50 and i have to pay $99.

I ordered the unlocking service on Wednesday evening/night. The website said it takes three days to unlock so I assumed that it wouldn't process it till Thursday. I got my phone unlocked on Sunday afternoon and I followed the simple directions which was to restore the phone and connect it to iTunes and that's it. I never got my phone unlocked and this was a simple process. I wish it would unlock sooner, but they kept their word to wait for three days.

It was a fast unlock, but several other companies listed on this site, such as "Slim Your Sim" would have done it for $25 instead of $50 :(
