Ordered two item off an advertisement in a Facebook game. Took 3 weeks to receive and wireless earbuds were defective. Sent 3 emails requesting a refund or replacement. Never received a response. Their ads show great reviews but I dought they are from real customers. They don't stand behind their products. Don't buy from this seller.

I ordered the telescope and neon mask on the 9th Sept. Nothing has arrived and Post Office track & trace doesn't recognise the tracking number. It's becoming clear it's a fraudulent site and I too saw it on Facebook.

I’ve got telescope 25$. Totally disappointed. Don’t even come close to what you see on they’re add. Poor customer service too. Do not buy anything

Unfortunately, I must share the same bad experience as the rest. I ordered a featured telescope 2 weeks ago- my money was taken, but no order was shipped- nothing to track because the USPS has received nothing. I also recommend not to buy from this place.

Its a scam they dont send the order. Dissapointet that Facebook dont check what kind of companies are advertising on their forum.

I have written 4 emails to the companys customer service email address (as it is the only way to get in contact with them) and still not received a reply. Basically I have not received the order, any information about the order or any response to my communication, though they were fast enough to charge my credit card :-( I would be VERY carefull buying from the company!!!

Do not buy from this company. False advertised product "16X52 High Power Prism Monocular Telescope" completely not matching what arrived. No response from customer service. Charged by whatsmode.com so assuming they are one of whatsmode.com's websites.
