Charles at Atomsoftwares was very helpful. In just a short time he solved my upload problems with the Microsoft Office software I had purchased. There was no charge for this support assistance and it was a good experience.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know of the wonderful experience I had with your tech Chris, He had more patience with an 80 year old woman than anybody in the last 10 years. I would like to recommend him for a promotion. We need more people like Chris to wait on us old people who have been in the work force

Chris has been extremely helpful in finding and installing the software that I purchased. He stayed in phone contact with me for the entire installation time. I believe I would not have been able to install the program by myself. Thank You. Pat
