My uninstall didn't complete and I had multiple install problems. I spoke with tech support and tried to fix it unsuccessfully. Having the same helpful tech support each time I called back saved a lot of aggregation and worked out very well. Great tech support and a great idea to allow me to connect to same person each time

I recently had a positive experience with Atomsoftwares. It was easy to find, purchase, and install some software from their site. Unfortunately, it wasn't compatible with my old Mac but their response team was able to help me get the right version and now it's running fine. FYI: Mac OS 10.15 Catalina can only run Microsoft Office 2016 nothing later...
