Very helpful, simple process. Second time we've used them!

very knowledgeable and helpful

Atom Software was very efficient and professional. They helped me delete old version, they signed on to my computer and quickly downloaded the new version and completed the task very well.

Tech support was quick and efficient!

The price was amazing, Charles was professional and very patient with me. Thank you very much for your service.

Steve was terrific. I needed help and guidance upgrading a microsoft office app, microsoft of course was not helpful, and Steve understood my need perfectly and worked with me to do a trial download. Turned out my computer would not support it but he spent some time finding a workaround product (which he could not sell me!) but he still stayed with me patiently with my questions until I understood what I needed to do. Atomsoftware is your go to! Make it your first stop!

The representative was both courteous and professional. He knew what he was doing and was friendly. Thanks Atom Software!
