Disgraceful Quality & Customer Service
I deserve to have received this shoe and have them fall apart within a few short months. My first order with Atoms nearly made me a lifetime customer. Those shoes are now years old and in great working condition still. However, after my second order (same shoe - Model 000) the bottom quickly became unglued and Atoms wouldn't honor a refund or solution other than "just super glue them". I decided to place a 3rd order for the 001s (shown in this review) and after less than 5 months and worn, perhaps 10-15 total times (they haven't needed so much as a dusting off), the sidewalls on both shoes have become almost entirely unglued. If you looked at any other parts of the shoe (inside and out) you'd fancy them brand new. They're pristine and yet, already, the sidewall construction has completely failed and I can no longer wear them. I am now, sadly, a past Atoms customer. I can't bring myself to give them another shot. Their customer service has also been absolutely dreadful.
