Atlas was offered to me at the most difficult time in my life. Saying yes to the opportunity was the most impactful thing I have ever done. Going into this training with an open mind and heart has changed my life forever. I have met the most amazing, loving and accepting people. I am forever grateful to the one who invited me and those that supported me through the Atlas training. My words cannot articulate the heartfelt feelings I have for this training and what it will do for everyone who is willing to be open their hearts to it. With the support and the tools I learned. I was able to reconnect with me and my worth. Our world will be transformed one soul at a time.

Before Atlas, life was going by and taking me with it. I was a passenger in my own life, going nowhere fast. Plagued with anxiety that kept me self sabotaging, running from relationships, avoiding pain, responsibility, and being seen. What I found through Atlas was a clean shiny mirror that reflected back to me who I had become, and then gave me the tools to choose differently. Atlas changed my life and I’m forever grateful to have been offered this gift. Atlas is a game changer, a beautiful experience that I will treasure forever. Everybody gets to go!

The atlas project has truly changed my life forever. As a “successful” (this word varies in meaning so much but with a great career, supporting myself solo in every aspect of my life) young adult who’s attended many leadership trainings, I was introduced to this project about a year ago and attended my training in September, recently completing it. I learned things about myself I never imagined and have now successfully pushed all of the obstacles I was putting infront of myself out of my way to reach my goals. I would recommend this self development, emotional intelligence training to everyone - any age, any life point. Being a female combat veteran, I was living with intense PTSD, anxiety, depression for years. After going through The Atlas Project, I am now living with a new perspective on life. Love and connections with true friends has supported me in having almost no anxiety episodes, depression has been kicked out of daily life, PTSD is not so severe anymore. I learned how to identify the root causes of self-limiting beliefs, dismantle them, and step out of victimhood and into true freedom. Do you want to change your life? It’s one of the simplest questions I have ever asked myself, but one of the most challenging journeys I have ever undertaken. That was how my Atlas experience began, with that simple question. From the moment I answered yes, I have never regretted my decision. I was looking for that extra 10% in my life, 10% more success in my career, which I had few complaints about, 10% extra in my personal relationships, most of which were already fulfilling and 10% for me, just me. More joy, gratitude and peace for myself. I found all of those things throughout my Atlas journey and the beauty of Atlas is that you get to share the journey with others, you celebrate victories together and stand side by side with them when challenges arise. The leaders and coaches of Atlas are some of the kindest hearted and most giving people I have ever had the good fortune of meeting, they were integral in having me really openly and honestly look at myself and the type of person I was and helped me see realise the type of person I wanted to be. They supported me in changing my life. Since my time in the Atlas program I have realized more success in my career and am now engaged to the most amazing woman I have ever met. I find much more appreciation and peace than I ever did before. I cannot promise a smooth path, the journey is not always easy and if I’m honest, there were times I questioned myself. But there is a reason for that, just as the saying goes, ‘Nothing worthwhile is ever easy’. So the question is simple, Do you want to change your life?

Atlas is easily one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I joined to become a better leader, and walked away with that, and SO much more.
