they keap taking your money even after you close your account and don't bother to contact support they never get back to you

this so called game became less and less player friendly every update now when you spin wheel for diamonds and ads that you have to watch mostly you get useless bid tokens (mostly 3 from 5 spins give you useless nothing actually) game crash during events badly and it is overloaded with broken ads or ads that are 120seconds long (i live in netherland not understand russian language at all and they keep showing me russian ads that are broken anyway what a pathetic app

After playing the game for over three years here are the things I have learned that only a long time player will tell you: 1. Your rent boost dramatically reduces the more plots you own 2. The Ads become more predatory and you will have to watch twice as many at a longer duration to get your reward, if you are even rewarded at all 3. The surveys are extremely predatory, harvesting political data with an extreme liberal bias in an effort to profile political opposites. Anybody doing this has never had good intentions. 4. You will not get rewarded for some ads, most games and some surveys. Atlas Earth will use any excuse they can come up with to compromise its integrity and back out of it’s promised rewards. 5. The customer service is non existent, the people (most likely chatbots) are only trained in a script run on repeat which focuses on shifting responsibility away from AE and onto it’s third party associates and YOU. There is no accountability or integrity on their end. 5. The game can be fun if you never watch ads, never play the games and never do surveys but dont expect to make any money because their entire business model revolves on false promises and predatory ad revenue.

You have to watch an ad 5 times before you get rewarded, and the diamond spin is shit. 90% 1 atlas bucks wtf

False advertising size on the stickers do not buy. they claim that it's a 4"x4" sticker when it's not not even close it's a 3" x 1 1/2" I will be getting the refund for this I how many other people got scammed.

This game is worthless, I would advise anyone who might be thinking of playing to just move on to other options. Watching ads for rewards is a joke, Candy crush, Temu, Free chash and Mr Beadt ads do not follow through with the rewards. Atlas Earth claims they have no control of ads which tells me anyone can get on their website and post whatever, I fear for my information that could be jeopardize because of this free access .

Atlas earth is almost perfect, but one big issue that is unforgivable, the playtime they work with for games to atlas bucks. So many times it just registers the easy rewards that are worth nothing, but not the hard challenges that take forever to do. I was recently scammed out of over 2,000 atlas bucks on a game I should of got for playing 2 hours a day for 30 days straight. What did support say to me? Basically too bad so sad, try another app to get rewarded, and this isn't the first time support has been useless af. So I did during double atlas game time, and did either of the two games work? Absolutely not. I didnt get any atlas bucks, I just chalked it up to delay, but after 48 hours, still waiting and nothing. Thats another 300-400 atlas bucks im waiting for.
