I ordered Arturo Fuente Hemingway Work of Art 60-ring cigars, but they sent me 50-ring cigars that were not fresh. Thankfully, I only bought a pack of five, which were tossed into a plastic bag and shipped that way. This was my first and last purchase from this company. I emailed them about the ring size, as I don't smoke anything under 60 rings, but received no reply--just silence. I tried this company based on customer reviews, which turned out to be a mistake, as the reviews were either fake or from customers who don't know their cigars. I'll be returning to Cigar Warehouse, where the cigars are fresh and the ring size is correct. The only reason I shopped here was because my usual store was out of my brand and I didn't want to wait--another mistake. I would not recommend this company to anyone; the stale cigars were not worth the price.

What's that guy talking about? I don't know what the previous review says, literally... Atlantic Cigar is a retailer based outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Their customer service is great, prices are pretty much unbeatable, anytime you have an issue with a cigar, give them a ring, as long as it's in a timely fashion, just like other retailers, they are sure to help you with a replacement. I have boughten and will be buying from Atlantic for many years to come, if they can stay open with those AWESOME prices!

Besteld, daarna mail ontvangen of ik order wil bevestigen en daarna vragen ze zelfs kopie Id-kaardt en creditcard. Ik heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt en heb verder niet op mailen gereageerd, geld wel afgeschreven niets terug gekrege. Geen zaken mee doen….))
