I’m not able to login to my account for the past three months. I called customer Service today, all I got was a lot of running around, but no help. She said my computer is the problem. I used google chrome for long time and no issues. She told me to use Microsoft edge to login. I did, but still can’t login even after I’ve changed my password. I’m so frustrated, the website and customer service is terrible and useless. Stay away!
