The shoes do not fit. I have to spend $20. To get a replacement And if the replacements do not fit I have another $20 to get a refund.

This company did not respond to my request to exchange my golf shoes for 1/2 size larger. I sent several communications for assistance for an exchange. I contacted them the same day I received the shoes. Lost me as a referring customer at my club.

Shoe is cheaply made and uncomfortable. I’ve been trying to obtain a return authorization but the company does not respond. Surprise. Don’t buy these shoes.

Terrible customer service! Aside from the fact this is no $200 golf shoe, as it doesn't compare with Ecco, footjoy, addidas and Gfore, its cheap looking, plastic looking and not comfortable, their customer service is awful, I am now trying for two weeks to return a pair and still cant get them to respond or send back info to return it after following all their online steps for return. This will be another flash in the pan company.
